I've walked the path I now help others navigate.

I’m Kim Ribich (she/her), a certified career transition coach, resume strategist, and clarity collaborator with a background in psychology and nearly two decades of experience guiding others through change.

But more than credentials, I bring lived experience. I’ve been the one navigating burnout. I’ve started over after detours. I’ve paused, questioned, reinvented. And I know how hard it can be to hear your own voice when everything around you is noisy and uncertain.

I help thoughtful professionals in transition reconnect with who they are, make sense of where they’ve been, and chart a path that feels aligned, true, and theirs. Whether you’re re-entering the workforce, pivoting late-career, or searching for meaning in your non-linear path, this is a space to come home to yourself.

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years. And, I mean a lot

So I get it. Navigating the twists and turns in a career can be messy, confusing, and lonely.

Today, I help professionals who are in-between, uncertain, or quietly craving something different cut through the noise, reconnect with what matters, and make purposeful moves. Maybe that means a new job, a time out, or a new story about who they are and what they want from their work.

With a background in psychology, nearly two decades of experience supporting others through change, and certifications in resume writing, online profile strategy, and career transition coaching, I bring both structure and soul to the process. My clients know me for my mix of practical strategy, calming presence, and honest, thoughtful guidance.

I believe a fresh perspective is powerful and sometimes, all it takes to move forward is one good conversation, one thought-shifting question that breaks through the fog.

A Bit of My Story

My career hasn’t followed a straight line and that’s what makes this work real. Between years of working in nonprofit support roles, I’ve been an admin assistant, grant writer, cat sitter, skincare sales rep, dance teacher, and conference planner. I’ve launched and closed a business. I’ve burned out. I’ve reimagined.

Through it all, the thread has been this: helping people find their way when they’re unsure what’s next—whether it’s navigating a tough decision or making sense of a turning point. Long before I had a coaching title, I was helping people find clarity in the midst of change.

I’m so grateful that my path eventually led me here, to founding Inner Wild Coaching a space for professionals to pause, reflect, and realign before their next move.

My greatest joy is helping my clients see the throughline in their own career stories, reclaim their narrative, and take brave next steps even when the full path isn’t clear yet.

Your next chapter doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be yours.
